Click and Collect 2023
You do not have to book a separate visit slot to pick up your ‘Click & Collect’ order. Please park in the allocated ‘Click & Collect’ parking space and ring the number provided. We will bring your ordered item to your car.
Collecting your ‘Click & Collect’ order
Please bring your e-mail receipt with you when you collect your order from the site and on the day you have selected. We will have preselected a tree for you which will be netted for ease of transport. If you wish to inspect it before taking it away the tree can be opened and then re-netted after you have looked at it to confirm it is to your requirements. We will supply an alternative if you do not like it.
COTLEY FARM, Woodhayes Lane, Whimple, Exeter EX5 2QR – collection can be any day from Saturday 25th November to Saturday 23rd December, 10.00am – 5.30pm (and until 8pm on Fridays). You must choose your collection day when ordering.
Turkeys
They will be available to collect between 10.00am – 5:30pm on 23rd December or before 12.00pm on Christmas Eve.
Hampers
All Hampers can be collected from our Cotley Farm site.
Cancellation
Trees & wreaths: Cancellations can be made up to four days before your collection date.
Turkeys: Orders cannot be cancelled after 11th December 2023.

Local – £10 delivery fee
To be delivered on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 10am-5pm
EX5 2, EX11, EX5 7
Exeter – £10 delivery fee
To be delivered on a Monday between 10am – 5pm
EX1, EX2 4, EX2 5, EX2 6, EX2 7, EX2 8, EX3, EX4 0, EX4 1, EX4 3, EX4 4, EX4 5, EX4 6, EX4 7, EX4 8, EX4 9
North – £10 delivery fee
To be delivered on a Tuesday between 10am – 5pm
EX5 3, EX5 4, EX14 1, EX14 2, EX14 3, EX15 2
South – £10 delivery fee
To be delivered on a Wednesday between 10am – 5pm
EX5 1, EX8, EX9, EX10
As we are running the delivery service ourselves, delivery times are not available. We ask that you comment in the additional notes section when you order where to leave your order if you are not in.
